copycat
is the house, garden and extensive grounds protected from re-development now its all in the hands of a known property developer? It was, I think, the original Governors House so it will have the mother of all protection orders on it. Leave them alone .. its a JV between the developer and Jerry Carter. Jerry's sound .. it won't go wrong. hmmm that probably means none at all 'cos no-one has ever bothered thinking it would be re-developed. IMO time for some site investigation and protection orders before its too late.
