copycat
The IOM has lost out to Ireland where Merrill Lynch is to create 40 prestige new jobs Apparently investment bank Merrill Lynch is to create 40 new jobs as a result of a new E30 million research and development centre at its offices in Leopardstown in south Dublin. The centre, which is being backed by IDA Ireland, will focus on developing technology to support its global business. Where were the IOM DTI in offering assistance compared to the Irish IDA? mojomonkey
Apparently the IOM has also lost out to the USA when 60 jobs were created in various Starbuck coffee shops across several states. What are the DTI thinking about, they need to urgently act!
