Ramsey Posted July 19, 2007 Share Posted July 19, 2007 The Hairy Bikers' Cookbook is kind of like Two Fat Ladies meets Little Britain and I find the program irritating because of this too obvious formulaic TV program set up. In tonight's program you will see a fat man dipping his obviously unwashed hands (he's on Douglas beach - not a sterile stainless steel wash hand basin in sight) into a pan and fondling a handful of scallops. Would you want to eat 'em after that? Butch (David Buttery) was far more hygenic in doing similar on Coast. Anyway, the program is repeated tonight at 8:30 BBC2.
