copycat Posted July 21, 2007 Share Posted July 21, 2007 instead alternative plans are to be put forward that call for Peel's parking problems to be solved with a three story car park costing the Peel rate payers £5.6million thinks those ratepayers who objected to the disk zone will now end up having to pay to solve the problem as well as burdening the other ratepayers who didn't object. good plan. There is a longstanding plan to build a multilevel carpark near the toilet block (ex public mortuary) + car park off Market Place - there is supposed to be disc parking (+ no commercial vehicles) on other Commissioner car parks but I've never seen the rules enforced.
