Amadeus
Plane in unexpected road landing In an impressively unorthodox bit of parking, a World War II-era plane was forced to make an emergency landing on a Wisconsin highway after experiencing engine trouble Thankfully no injuries were reported after the plane landed on US Highway 41 near Fond du Lac County Airport just before 8pm local time on Sunday. William J. Leff, from Ohio, was flying the 1946 North American T-6G plane with his son to the Experimental Aircraft Association's AirVenture show in Oshkosh when they developed engine problems, police said.
