hoggersdrum Posted August 15, 2007 Share Posted August 15, 2007 Hi i am doing a Roots Reggae & Ska night at the Cornerhouse on Fri 21st September , this will be a history lesson in Jamaican Ska from the late 60s up till the 70s & progressing into Roots & Dub Reggae , there will be some boss sounds featuring Prince Buster , the Skatalites , Symarip , Steel Pulse , Prince Fari , The Congos , The Gladiators , Easy All Stars , Lee Perry , Toots & the Maytals , Scientist , Mikey Dread & many many more , if you have not listened to much reggae apart from Bob Marley etc this will be an eye opener for you & will hopefully have everyone moving , good vibes to chill any one out .
