Cable entry points into each bedroom Full, Comprehensive instructions Bag of metal pegs Because the tent had a blemish, we were sent a second NEW flysheet - this is unused and comes too! (in reality the original flysheet is ok but as the tent was new I didn't see why I had to put up with any blemishes) RRP is a shade under £275 - with the 2nd flysheet the package must be worth nearer £400 I'm willing to let the lot go for £185 Here's some official pictures plus some of ours: Our Comments: Quick to put up, light & airy with room for a good long stay - evenings out under the canopy with a glass of red wine and a barbeque on the go We can't keep all our tents so this has to go - ideally we want a tent as light as this tent but as big as the tent below ***Giant Tent - CABANON Espace 8 All Season Family Tent RRP £1123*** How much use? - 5 or 6 times Specification: 8 berth frame tent 2 front doors + 3 big front windows (see the pictures) * Front wall has two stable doors which may be rolled up * Kitchen area with large ventilated window and outside flap * Large lounge with roof lining and curtains * Bedroom dividing curtain (in the 4 berth sleeping department) * Three bedroom departments (4+2+2) are all fully and individually sealed * Zipped side wall which may be rolled up * PVC Coated Polyester Roof and Skirt * 100% Cotton Walls (weatherproofed canvas) * Polyester / Cotton Inner Tent * PVC Groundsheet for living area * Four Bags - Weights 24.5 + 18.7 + 26.5 + 16.8kg * Pitch size: 570x500cm * Height: 230cm * Pack size: bag1:110x50cm bag2:110x40cm bag3:110x40cm bag4:85x35cm * Pegs are included but stony campsites have taken their toll on them (if you know what I mean) * Curtains included - luxury RRP is around £1123 but can be found for £950 - I've resigned myself to letting this tent go for £400 (it's worth more) Here's some official pictures plus some of ours: Our Comments: Blimey - it's BIG! The Espace 8 is the castle of frame tents! Sleeping up to 8 people and with enough space to have dinner parties this tent wont leave you wanting. There are plenty of large PVC windows and doors to make this tent light and airy and curtains to give you privicy in the evenings. Don't let the size of this tent fool you, its as sturdy as a rock and boasts all the Cabanon quality. When it comes to large frame tents, this is a stylish and spacious holiday home. The Espace is an eight berth frame tent with four bedrooms. If height (or lack of) is a concern, I am 6'5" and had ample headroom to spare! This truly is a fantastic family tent which still has a decade or two left in it yet. If there is a better quality tent made - please contact me (I don't expect any calls!)
