I fell out with Natwest when they phoned up out of the blue and began the conversation requesting that I confirm my Mother's maiden name. I refused, so they said that they couldn't discuss my account with me over the phone. "Fine with me, love. I didn't want to discuss it anyway. It was you who called me." Bunch of skanks.
