Ushtey
Given the time and publicity, turn out wasn't bad although that was pretty much all the local politicians, some of whom even got there within an hour of the start. Highlight of the evening has to go to Harvey Briggs though, what a star. After sitting through long periods of reasoned debate about the ills of the village, Harvey stepped up to the plate to announce a shocking turn of events that will clearly have a number of residents living in fear over the next few weeks. Apparently there is a fox in the village. Now he hasn't seen it himself, but there have been some chickens and ducks mysteriously die in the last month and most damning of all, some folk who were over for the grand prix said it smelled like a fox. Generally though, it was a positive session, here's hoping some long term good comes out of it.
