Not sure about the other stuff but they do havbe the mortgage info - I was waiting to get my certificate fromt eh bank and threatening them with the cost of the fine if it didn;t arrive in time, only to have them tell me that they already send a copy to the Treasury and all I needed to do was enter a reasonable guess!! Can I fine them £50 for not paying me back my own money? Call them. My refund 'slipped through the net' (their words) once. I asked what would happen if I didn't return my next one in time and claimed that excuse. Didn't go down too well. Is anybody else still waiting for a refund/tax bill from last year (07/08)? Having not received it by mid Feb this time I phoned them to ask if I'd been forgotten about. I was told it was still pending, and then they sent me my cheque last week. So give them a ring.
