People don't just lose hair through chemo anyway - there's far more people that suffer from Alopecia (more women than men apparently) etc. - and these sort of messages just enforce the belief to Joe Public that anyone they see that has lost hair has been on chemo. maggle Posted October 10, 2007 Share Posted October 10, 2007 They used to offer a leaflet with details on how to cope with hair loss and that "you may notice a thinning of your hair", now they will give you advice how to wear a hat.
