The temptation to have something good to say at the opening of the Isle of Woman 'festival' Procession of Hope for Breakthrough Breast Cancer prompted Tony Brown to announce that "The log jam has been resolved and it is expected that a publc announcement concerning the starting date will be made soon.' When approached by IOM Newspapers the DHSS said, 'The department is working extemely hard to ensure that a breast screening call and recall service is operational as soon as possible.'
