nipper Posted November 23, 2007 Share Posted November 23, 2007 Plans are now well afoot for the TT 2008 Manx Radio News Item With all the (potential) shenanigans regarding the Isle of Man Government now choosing to use a limited company arm of the ACU (Auto Cycle Union) to run the TT, I wonder if there will be enough personnel willing to continue giving their free time to running the TT in order to allow many Isle of Man highly paid civil servants and ACU officials to bask in the TT glory. The now well known marshalling situation is another matter altogether. I wonder if the headlines and hype that has started already is perhaps abit premature? Now, as it is a money making comp[any running it, should I expect a wage for my time? Let's see how many volunteers the company get and whether they are offering, at least, expenses.
