They are also failing to sort out any definition of 'adult' since being 16 means old enough to vote but young enough to be put into 'care.' WTF Posted December 3, 2007 Share Posted December 3, 2007 I thought it was only an offence to give a kid alcohol on licensed premises, not in private property. i think parent or guardian supervision comes into that, loads of under 18's are allowed wine with a meal at home, more so in France. but it is an offence to go into a shop and buy booze or fags for the underage erks outside that asked you to, and that is not strictly on licensed premises though it is in public. Him for being a dirty old man and her for the hell of it.. there's plenty of 16 year olds out there we're not going to miss one.
