Sorry John, but I've had Mr Moyle, acting as what you want to call him, sorting my Maintinence payments and Custody of my kids for the last 10 yrs.

In that fact alone, imo, he should read what has been submitted before he enters Court, and not play catch up and be led by smart mouthed Lawyers.

Girlfriend runs off on first day of relocation to IOM

Shacks up with Scottie prison officer.

Rochdale chap can't see his kids.

He makes a fuss.

Scottie rings police.

Rochdale can't even go to the pub, by law.

It's pathetic and the loosers are the kids.

This has been posted on AKs Yahoo site - any thoughts people?

(I'm at work at this time BTW)

"Having just returned from Peel - and I say this only partly in jest -

I'm not surprised that he's depressed. I've always found it a rather

strange place - officially it's a city, but the centre and old part

has the feel of a fishing village, and, what's more, a village that

is struggling to stay alive. Out of season, it has even more of

a "shut - down" feel about it. And, if he lives where I think he

does, i.e. on the Prom - AK is in the heart of this, if "heart" is

the right word."

That's one take.

Here's another:

GF moves out a few months after relocation

Takes up with new chap after a few months more

Obtains restraining order to prevent stalking and harassment

Rochdale ignores said restraining order

Predictable consequences ensue.

It certainly is pathetic.
