A controversial stretch of pathway adjoining the boundary of the home of TV Motoring Journalist, Jeremy Clarkson has been washed into the sea, leaving his garden wall perched high on the edge of the cliff. A spokesman for PROWL claimed that this was just another Clarkson stunt to deter his group from exercising their hysterical right to wade through the doggy doos."
