integer
Audid they find them then? I suppose the kids couldn't afford to buy their own because their parents aren't porsche enough?
Insomniac
shouldn't but reading between the lines 4 10 to 12 year old who should know better in Kirk Michael had nothing more exciting to do than remove car badges. Will there be some sort of punishment or consequence for there actions? will they just be told not to do it again? will they be allowed to wander off still bored with their miserable lives but grateful for that brief spell of attention that they received from the local constabulary? I bet there will be another spate of damage in the area within 3 weeks.

Mission
No, Kirk Michael has only just caught up with the fashion.
Nitro
Think the old Merc badges are worth a few bob, but unless its to start a collection, why on earth would they want to nick badges? Still at least they only nicked badges and not smashed the windows/damaged the car.....
Grumble
Their parents should be made to pay for ALL the repairs.
b4mbi
what ? all of £1.49 for a tube of superglue?
Amadeus
what ? all of £1.49 for a tube of superglue? BMW Bonnet Badge £ 16.49 Cheapest Merc Star badge £ 8.00 Tiny Audi S-Line Badge £ 15.00 That's all third-party suppliers - manufacturers will charge you more. Plus: the brainless yobs that do things like this tend to be rather crude when it comes to the removal of said badges, so expect damage to the paint as well. If they can't pay it off, then the parents should be made to pay.
xbones
Trouble is, the only way to get them to pay is through the small claims court. And you're probably talking thousands for the parents to pay, so it could be a struggle.
manxy
Trouble is, the only way to get them to pay is through the small claims court. And you're probably talking thousands for the parents to pay, so it could be a struggle. If the kids and parents can't pay, why not get the kids to do some type of community service then? Maybe they could mow the lawn (when the sun appears), dig borders or even wash the cars they damaged until they're sick of seeing them
