I am against the health and Safety; instead of financing these clowns I would prefer the money be spent on the footpaths. I am 50 (!), very fit and have good boots but some even so have problems. Frances Posted December 27, 2007 Share Posted December 27, 2007 dept of transport is responsible for paths - they are reasonably responsive to comments about the state of paths and have improved many over last few years (tho they do seem to have some blind spots or possibly these are caused by awkward farmers/land owners?)
