K.os Theory Posted February 21, 2008 Share Posted February 21, 2008 OK so GDC ( that's the Game Developers Conference ) 2008 kicked off yesterday, so far it's lookin rather sweet with the next instalment of Gears of War announced ( November 08 )and Fable 2 also confirmed for release by the end of the year ( here's hoping Mr Molyneaux can keep his promises ). I think the xna stuff is pretty exciting. One of me fave things about the 360 is firing it up once a week and grabbing the latest demo's off xbla. They're adding user created content to that, it'll be sweet. XNA's pretty nifty, well suported c# development environment for creating games, free. Edit, just read that in full, and it looks very smart indeed. Love the idea of a dynamically balanced online game such as that. I wants it!
