manxman8180 Posted November 29, 2004 Share Posted November 29, 2004 I'm pretty sure that it's up to the Government who sits on the Committee at any one time. So IMO rather than being 'sacked' the Government may just paint it as being time for a change of personnel and expertise on the Committee. You could also take it as a sign that the employment climate is changing and the Committee (which deals with refuslas and appeals) may be about to get a lot busier !!!
