Celt
£125 return incl. You missed out the 3 course meal, the cabin and breakfast. Where's the comparisent?

pongo
£125 return incl. You missed out the 3 course meal, the cabin and breakfast. Where's the comparisent? Mine was a return fare. Isle of Man to England and back again. His was a one way ticket. The two fares aren't wildly out of kilter with each other. It would take an accountant to determine which actually represented a better price. £125 was the total price I paid. AND Birkenhead to Belfast is twice the distance... See above. Max Power
Well, it was like a 3 star hotel, friendly staff, comfortable, reasonable beer prices and you wake up in a place about 150 miles from where you started.

Silentbob
I went away the other week, 5 day return 130 quid, if I wanted to stay one more day (which I did want, but could not afford) 277 quid.
pongo
Best comparison would be to find averages of all the possible prices on the different routes. Otherwise we compare offer prices with standard fares etc. Maybe someone could write a clever script which would quiz the websites to find all possible price combinations. That would be a great web application. UK - Ireland route should be cheaper because of competition across the various options..
