Snaipyr
On the Seacat (or whatever it's called now) last week the Captain was Italian. I don't go on the boat to the UK much, and was expecting a Manx accent giving the announcements - given our seafaring heritage. I'm not bothered about what nationality anyone is - just wondered if Steam Packet captains are exempt from work permit legislation (I presume it's still a Manx registered company)? Maybe there's no suitably qualified Manx captains available?
