thebees
Perhaps Ned will borrow advocates from Big Al. This is the kind of thing that you'd expect to see on Spooks, no need, Neddy No good! Where you going Crum?
Ripsaw
I've read a bit in regard to the history of the events and am still of the opinion that 'Insufficient Evidence' will hider formal charges. There have been a lot of mistakes and errors of judgement, but most of them exonerate Ned, irrespective of "should have known better". I am critical of the way that Ned has used the system and bent the system, but as deep as one digs to clarify that he was acting in a bad way, there is something to cover his ass. The Island should never have had to see a scenario like the one being played out and even if he isn't *legally* corrupt, morally, he sucks. This whole episode isn't the sort of performance that is befitting of a Nation's head.
thebees
Quite agree Ripsaw. Surely even Ned isnt so thick skinned that he will not stand down from, at least the position of CM.

The Old Git
Bell John Wright, advocate, is explaining situation re arrest, police bail, etc., at the moment. I'd imagine a lot of this stuff was preplanned for Mandate before the resignation was announced at 12.
