We've just completed our first season and we're looking for new teams to add for our upcoming second season. We're also hoping to run a cup competition but we need more teams to do this. It's absolutely FREE to play, it doesn't cost any money and involves two games a week (Mondays and Thursdays). The game's got most of the aspects you'd expect of running a football team, transfers etc and is quite straight forward to play. The website is www.xperteleven.com. If you like LMA Manager or Championship Manager on the PC then this league is for you! And we are all Manx! No age limits, kids, big kids and Dads and Grandads all welcome! Just follow the link ..... Xpert Posted July 9, 2008 Author Share Posted July 9, 2008 Hello again .....we're just coming to the end of Season 2 ......just a relegation place from the Premiership to sort out and the First Division championship to be resolved and then we're on with Season 3! Again this is a call to anyone to wants to join ...we've doubled our numbers since the last time I posted on here and we need some new recruits to help continue our expansion. At present we run two Divisions and a Cup competition but with your involvement we can strengthen further ....it's absolutely FREE to play, doesn't take up too much time and is GREAT FUN especially if you like Football Management games. To get involved just use the details in that were issued in the first post of this thread. There's complete anonymity as well if required. We at the IOM X11 League look forward to seeing you!! So why not come and join us and participate in the Isle of Man's best Online Football Management game. You can buy or sell players, train them etc. We've also introduced two Cup competitions for the new campaign, an FA Cup and a League Cup. Plus we now have three divisions and we hope to make it four in the next week or so. So why not come and join us, your identity is kept secret, and best of all it's good fun. Membership has swelled and we've now extended the number of teams in the Premiership and Leagues One and Two plus we'll be having a League Cup and FA Cup for the first time. All you need is a computer and a few minutes a week to play ...and of course it's FREE and very, very simple to play.. So if you want to be an Alex Ferguson or Rafa Benitez then this is the game for you. We want to make the Isle of Man League one of the best in Europe so if you're interested in online football management then why not give it a go. Xpert Posted January 19, 2009 Author Share Posted January 19, 2009 A quick update ....we've just started season 5 and we have some vacancies They are in Division Two and league leaders Gambinos are managerless as too ZZ Makumbo who are third while middle of the table Blackport also require a boss If yopu love CHAMPIONSHIP MANAGER then this is teh game for you ...just follow the instructions posted above and then click on Job Centre when you come into our league. If you register in time then you'll be in charge just in time for the first round of the FA Cup which starts in a few days We've had a few join from MF and it would be great if more of you sign up. In the Manchester derby it was victory for CITY as they beat UNITED 1-0 at Eastlands while NEWCASTLE won 3-0 away at SUNDERLAND in the Tyne Tees Derby. The North London Derby saw TOTTENHAM and ARSENAL play out a 0-0 draw while WBA beat BIRMINGHAM 2-0 in the Midlands derby. BOLTON beat BLACKBURN 3-0 in the Lancashire derby while in the North East MIDDLESBROUGH triumphed 1-0 over HULL CITY. In the West London derby CHELSEA lost 1-0 at home to FULHAM. Elsewhere LIVERPOOL beat WIGAN ATHLETIC 1-0 at Anfield while WEST HAM and WOLVES DREW 1-1 as did PORTSMOUTH and STOKE CITY. The English League is now three games old and managerial positions are on offer especially at clubs such as ARSENAL, CHELSEA, LIVERPOOL and MAN UTD. Click on teh one you like the look of and start working your managerial magic. Xpert Eleven takes up a few minutes of your day (not every day) and is great fun (and it's free). So come and join us. Due to expansion we now have a Third Division and we also have a job each going in Division One and Division Two. Then a break of about a fortnight then the first round of the League Cup will kick off season eleven. We're still going strong but we have a few vacancies in the First, Second and Third Divisions and now would be a great time to take over a club and prepare for the forthcoming campaign. Nothing's changed from the top post in this thread in terms of how to join etc. So having not recruited new blood for the Island's Top League (there are a few others) I thought it would be time to invite you all to our fun league. It doesn't take up much time, it's free and as I've said before, if you enjoy football management games on PC, PS3 etc then this is right up your street. If you sign up and have any questions then please feel free to get in touch. We have a number of MFers currently taking part and the banter is always good look forward to seeing you!
