Tyge Brahe
From Manxradio.com website: New retail concept opens Fri 2nd Jul 2004 A 21st century retailing concept, already popular in Europe, has arrived in the Isle of Man. The fully-automated video, games and DVD rental shop in Douglas will be open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and is one of the first of its kind in Britain. Walked past there this morning. If the above is true why did they bother having locks fitted to the front doors?
Grumble
The official opening was omly today - evidently your membership card gets you into the video part out of hours.

thebees
I quite like the idea, although I liked it better before Mr Bee informed me the offie was only open 'normal' hours.
lectro
It'll be better when you can go online and check what's available and pre-book before you take a trip down there.
simon
Slightly OT: in the subway under the main railway station in Geneve there is a vending machine which dispenses, useful stuff including Pedigree dog food.
