Towards the end of last year (in my experience) they improved mightily as they settled down but in the last couple of months the service seems to have gone to pieces again. Prices as always depend on availability and late booking but I can’t help but notice their luggage charge keeps on rising, How long before their baggage allowance falls in line with Ryannair? The suggestion that Mark H has been responsible for this is completly untrue. He was kind enough to lend me his multimeter but he still hasn't realised that the weather radar is there so the crew can fly around the lightning, not into it. Only joking fella !! On the bright side with the Q400, the crews can get their cycles increased easily, my last fight landed 3 times on the runway at ronaldsway !!
