Most people just seem to put their foot down and speed across when it's red. Seriously, every time. Similarly, does anyone stop at the zebras near the Sea Terminal? That's a dangerous spot, and just feet away from the Police station!!! My wife's view is "if they hit you, it's their fault"... probably correct, but I'd rather not have to argue the point from my hospital bed...
