Minister Allan Bell had 'concluded that the most appropriate position at this time was to defer a decision on any change to the existing scheme, No. To instill confidence, do something surely? Be proactive. I'm aware that the funding method for DCS is different to the UK but IMPO it hardly encourages/reassures small savers to do business locally.
