Albert Tatlock
Sunday morning (from 6am to 10am) instead of Thursday morning 9:30am to 1pm ish would have been better.
Silentbob
Guess they used up all the overtime allowances for the year.
modey
Is this to investigate the crash between a bike and a local "advanced driving" teacher?
Pat Ayres
Sunday morning (from 6am to 10am) instead of Thursday morning 9:30am to 1pm ish would have been better. Quite right, why close the road on a weekday? If the crash happened a number of weeks ago it shouldn't matter when they close. Since when have police been paid overtime for working weekends? If they are on shift their rate shouldn't vary and if their not investigating accidents they would be doing something else, surely?
Max Power
I like the BBC inference that it was 'Mad Sunday' related! Happening in a 30mph built up area!
