hboy
Entitlement to nursing care contributions will not be means-tested nor reliant on national insurance contributions and people will not need to make a claim for nursing care contributions. Great. I qualify and I'm only 38.
momo65
like my dad, £400+ a week. Terrible It almost certainly wont pay the whole fee. It will pay for the nursing bit of those in nursing (as opposed to residential) home beds. The social care element ie washing, feeding etc wont be covered. This is akin to the person who is t home and receives district nursing service free but pays for social care ie carers to help them get out of bed, dressing, feeding etc
