The Voice of Reason Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 I think these bike thieves should be given an amnesty (like knife carriers etc)Say for example they rendered these despicable machines incapable of ever being ridden again and handed them into a police station, dare I suggest a reward of say £5, as a token of public gratitude, would not be innapropriate.
