Travelodge seem to have a thing for Islands Clicky Travelodge predicted a massive 157 per cent tourism boom for the Island this summer — the biggest surge in visitors in the country.The company claimed it could net £344 million for the local economy Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't not one of our manx gov leaders predict that due to the recession, the IOM would benefit from people choosing to come here instead of flying off to sunny lands afar.
