the auto email response address set up by the paper though doesnt actually work properly (its written with the subject line too .

So the correct address is actually

bizviews@newsiom.co.im

and not the

bizviews@newsiom.co.im&subject=Broadband < bizviews@newsiom.co.im&subject=Broadband> it puts in your email client

Depends on your email client - that works in Outlook, but not some others

As an O2 customer, we could get up to 8meg, unlimited usage for £7.50 per month.

As an MT Customer, we get up to 2meg (maybe up to 8 soon if they ever get douglas finished), 5GB capped limit for £18.95 per month, if we wish to go 'unlimited' we pay a massive £28.95 a month.

For unlimited that is 1 pound and 5 pence off FOUR TIMES the price from (for all intents and purposes) the SAME COMPANY. (MT are owned by O2)

You can get it cheaper on the island, but you are never going to pay the same as the UK. If you look in one of the other 3 broadband threads you will see prices from one of the top ISP`s in the UK and they offer a capped service at more than £5 than anyone on the island.

waaah waaahh waaah i want cheaper faster broadband...to do what with exactly? the people that NEED fast broadband pay through the nose for fibre/SDSL ect.
