Bambster
Isle of Man received 2,000 more visitors for the MPG. Funnily enough, the mainland's pneumonia statistics showed 2,000 more cases in September over last year. Still waiting for the national statistics on trench foot to be released. Apparently the Manx government are adding a disclaimer for next years much like the dolphin spotting boat trips, 'There is a 5% chance of spotting a racing bike in motion but we can not guarantee it' so we're aiming to advertise it to the niche hobbyist who enjoys watching wet and empty roads. Snaefell050
Well if I am correct this time last year, the Company did not have the then known SEA EXPRESS 1, but I'm not sure whether it was TT or the MGP she came back on charter. It is good to to see passenger figures on the rise none the less.
TerryMcCann
Probably down to 2000 old duffers intending to come over for TT centenary year but they rode their BSA's so slowly they only got to Liverpool by Aug 2008
