[BBC News] Banned pitbull seized on island

Regarding the shop on Strand St. with its 'save champ fund' (and I could not believe my eyes when I saw it!) - is this actually legal? I'm presuming that there is no registered charity set up. What exactly is going to happen to the money raised?

I imagine Sara Kneen is on to a nice little earner here. When can we expect a Champ action figure to hit the shops? "Mastiff attack Champ with realistic ripped throat"

Isn't that bloody dog dead yet?

sorry to disapoint you.. champ isnt going to be put to sleep.. he will either be sent to Ireland where a potential new owner has been arranged or the specialist will determine that he isnt 100% american pitbull.. in which case he will remain on the island.

I don't think he was necessarily talking about Champ.

I want to keep my chop shop ringer that I bought, it has not harmed anyone so I don't see why I can't keep it. Oh shit, its because its against the law!

The quicker this crap ia dealt with (who the fudge is paying for the pup to be tested by the way? Best not be the public, she wants to find a loophole then she better get off her arse and do something other that create shit facebook groups to massage her ego and put her hand in her pocket and pay for the test.)

Now who is up for sneaking in a komodo dragon and registering it as an iguanna, we can start some shit groups and even get some balloons made up when they bubble us.
