Lonan3
My sympathies to those affected, but.... "The cars which were targeted were parked in Princess Street, Winsor Road, Albert Terrace and the bottom end of Broadway and Castle Mona Avenue." There is no 'Princess Street' in Douglas (There is a Prince's Road, Prince's Avenue and Prince's Street) and it's Windsor - not 'Winsor' Road. This is a news item under the banner of the BBC; have they no regard for accuracy?
DjDan
I do remember a few years back when along came the [respective] authorities (can't remember who does road signage now) to place a road name sign at the end of selborne road. They happened to mispell it as SELBOURNE ROAD - and didn't quite realise until it was pointed out to them.
