Richey WCS carbon seat post Race Face Diabolus bars FSA part-carbon stem Chris King headset ODI lock-on grips XT mechs/cranks/brakes Shimano hybrid flat/SPD pedals Taurus wheels with Specialized Pro 2.3" tyres Fox TALAS RLC forks Scott TCS shock with remote travel adjust/lock-out A nicely upgraded Genius, with some top-drawer parts in excellent condition as it's barely been used, despite the age of the frame. There's the usual rubbing on the cranks and a few stone-chips here and there but certainly nothing major. It's running well, and the shock was serviced just last month at Bikestyle at a cost of £75 (I think). It's also recently had one of the pivot bolts replaced.
