Just listening to the Home Affairs Minister, Adrian Earnshaw on the radio just noo.

Apparently the youngsters are getting hold of alcohol. There were a number of suggestions where they are getting it from and Bill Malarkey, who is indeed an added font of knowledge to Government these days, suggested they got it from the home, others suggested other places.

But the point and conclusion was....quote: "they are getting it from somewhere" end quote

If our authorities can't solve the mystery of where the youngsters could possibly be getting their alcohol from then I doubt they will be able to find out where all that money went, all those £millions.....

all those £millions.......

edited to add:

Hint to Government and police and Alcohol & Drugs Stragey people:

The kids have a secret brewing kit in their sock drawers and are storing the liqueur in the iron frame of their beds.

David Cannan has just been looking for a debate on "a matter of National Importance"

The required 4 members of the House of Keys apparently stood in support but when put to the vote, the motion was lost.

Perhaps it wasn't very important after all.

Wherever the kids are getting it from, the government are making 17.5% on the sale of it

They should stop biting the hand that feeds them and encourage the kids to buy some fags as well

Would go some way to pay for all those lazy buggers idling their time away at university

Was it him that set off the fire alarm?

Oor Tony was telling us all about what a Petition of Doleance, or was it a Redress of Greivance, was all about.

I actually think he was struggling a bit and seemed to be basically saying there is no point in complaining about Government as you have absolutely nothing to gain from it no matter how much you have been shat on and shafted by incompetence.

It was sounding grim stuff.

Although they adjourned for the fire alarm, they are not going to carry on where they left off (ie at the point where Tony wasgetting a bit bogged down in heavy weather) and are going straight onto the next item.

. . . . . . saved by the bell, I would say.
