The Tynwald chappies who were to look into the Langness/Jermey Clarkson/footpath thing have put the report off 'til December. This is the article from today's Daily Telegraph. It's literally walking on the patio outside his garden.. See how the legal challenge returns, but it seems a bit much to expect to be able to walk over private land such a close proximity to his house.
