Now the Department of Tourism and Leisure is advertising for a communications manager to market tourism on the IOM. I thought they paid a private company to do their promotions. Last year's budget shows Tourism Directorate Management £170,000 New Product Development £341,000, Communications £1,840,000. Two million pounds spent and people still don't know where the IOM is.
