But we all know it will be empty for yonks. The corpy will open it up for road workers to kip in during the day, and at night it will be a piss heads target. One day in the summer, it will get a 'swan vesta' planning application and end up being tourist appart-hotels, which all are sold to local bankers (who buy off plan) who flog 'em 6 months later for a 100% profit, just before they are completed.
