Wey hey at last a company has gone bust that doesn't owe us any money :) a refreshing change. Lol slinky, shitting themselves, thats funny, little bit early in the morning for such frivolities but funny none the less.

You missed the obvious pun of a company that makes breat implants going bust.

He said staff were offered the chance to transfer to Scotland but all declined to move.

Does this mean that the company won't have to pay them any redundancy money because they've offered them employment elsewhere?

got it in one.

No.

The company has to offer alternative employment, if there is any available. The offer has to suitable alternative employment. If the employee reasonably argues that it's not suitable, for example because he doesn't want to move to Scotland, then he can reject the offer and seek redundancy pay.
