fich66 Posted December 15, 2008 Share Posted December 15, 2008 FOR SALE The Good: 1991 MK2 Golf GTI Tornado Red, 1.8ltr 8v (104k Miles) Big Bumper Model Was purchased as a project and has had A LOT of work done: Full engine rebuild @ 102000 Miles (bored out/oversized pistons fitted) New suspension New brakes (Discs/Calipers/Pads/Hoses) all round New Clutch + Cable New Alternator New Starter Motor Car is mechanically sound, and goes like Sh!t of a shovel! The Bad: Needs a bit of body work sorting out 17yr old red paint + small patch of rust on passenger side door and inside boot lid. Glass missing front left headlight (one on order from ebay) MFA and Rev Counter not working.
