Is it illegal here, yet, or can we expect Tynwald to rush through some emergency legislation before legions of lipo-surgeons with huge 4x4s descend on the island in search of cheap fuel? Lipo-fuel sounds a good idea to me. All those plumpers in Strand Street will soon be skinny again, and able to wear their Diesel tops with pride.
