Source : http://news.bbc.co.uk/go/rss/-/1/hi/world/...man/7812465.stm No Newsbloat get it right: 7 in 700 stopped were actually arrested and charged (that's 1 in a 100), 13 in 700 stopped were arrested (that's 1.85 in 100).
