blue kipper
Can you believe it? Ten days into January and these damn things are appearing on shop shelves already. Getting smaller and more expensive each year, yet I always seem to buy one!
WilDDog
They were on sale in the supermarkets 4th of Jan.
hollandaise
Actually (don't you hate that word, it sounds so superior?) they were on sale in Tescos here in the Midlands on December 27th. DECEMBER 27TH, FOR F'S SAKE!!!!! (Um ... and I bought one! But I resented having been given the temptation to do so only two days after Christmas. I really did.) MrsTrellisfromNorthWales
My memory stretches back to about 1970. Every year since then, Creme Eggs have been on sale just after Christmas. But, for some reason, everyone is amazed. So, yes, I can believe it. And, no they're not getting smaller every year. You're getting bigger. Because of Creme Eggs. Tearz
I thought they were on sale all year round? As bizarre as it sounds but I've never associated them with Easter!

Trinity 23
I emailed cadburys about this last year (wanted to know why they come out just after christmas) and they claimed that they are on sale all year round! Lying feckers... ...only seen the little packets of bite size ones from this year tho! Haven't tried them yet, waiting to see if I can get a loan approval before I buy 'em.. blue kipper
I'm not appalled, but they're certainly not for sale all year as they only seem to appear between January and April/May time.
sirdick
If they were only on sale at Easter you'd be wanting them at some other time of the year. I'll reckon.
