Declan
I imagine so, I doubt the Greek province would be a deserving case for International aid.
Moghrey Mie
A minibus used to transport offenders has a new life as a response vehicle for firefighters in Macedonia. Source : http://news.bbc.co.uk/go/rss/-/1/hi/world/...man/7853458.stm Last night Tony Brown implied that this sort of 'donation' could be part of the government's Overseas Aid Budget. But Overseas Aid is about funds not equipment. Anyhow they will still be thousands even millions of pounds short of what they should be giving. 2008/9 they are giving 2.2 millions By 2015 they hope to give 8.4 millions which will be 0.7% of Gross National Income as recommended by the United Nations.
