It needs lots of care and restoration, and once done will be a fine vehicle worth about £5000. My alternative is to have it towed away by Manx Metals - it is too precious and rare to consign to that fate. I would estimate that for £1000 of work it could be running again, For £2000 it would be totally usable - For £3000 it would be immaculate and worth at least £5000 Wonderful car to drive and a van for all seasons.
