[BBC News] Minister responds to jazz critics

This is my favourite headline in a long time.

I have mental pictures of Martyn Quayle in a black polo neck, wreathed in the smoke from his Gauloises:

"With Kind of Blue, Miles Davis' tonal palette was almost shockingly authentic. Listen again to that insouciant timbre and tell you me you don't like jazz".

I hear he had to read an awful lot of jazz mags before he fully understood the issues though.

He could have borrowed some of Houghton's copies of 'Chicks with Dicks'

This post is noted and will be returned to at a later date - about the time the Manx Forum awards are looking for nominations for best post.

I just wet myself.
