Chinahand Posted February 19, 2009 Share Posted February 19, 2009 My feelings on this are similar to Albert's and others - the UK introduced crap legislation which was reactionary and authoritarian - this legislation was found illegal by the Law Lords and this has been affirmed with Damages by the European HR court - a Tory on the World at One on Radio 4 said he would have prefered this justifier of terrorism and murder was awarded one penny with no costs, but that was too much to hope for from a European Court - £2 quid a day for being illegally interned by NuLabour - they've only got themselves to blame and it could have been a lot worse.
